Normalize CSV headers to snake_case
Headers like "Full Name (2024)" or "Total $" are painful as SQL column names. Turn on Normalize Headers and each one becomes snake_case, a leading digit gets a col_ prefix, duplicate names get a numeric suffix, and all-symbol headers become column_n.
This pairs naturally with the SQL generator, where the same names then flow straight into your INSERT statements.
