We handle support and privacy requests by email. There is no phone line and no walk-in address; email is the fastest way to reach us and keeps a written record you can refer back to.

Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, or any other privacy request under the GDPR or similar laws, write to privacy@xkjson.com. Both addresses reach the same inbox.
What to include
To help us answer faster, tell us the email address or username on your account (if you have one), what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. For conversion issues, the file format and approximate size help — but please do not email us your actual data rows.
Response time
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. We do not promise a fixed turnaround. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
